Welcome! Thank you for your interest in commissioning me. Below, you'll find all the necessary details about my services, terms, and how to get started.
Commission Process
1. Consultation
Fill out an application form.
Discuss your character concept, desired features, and any specific requirements.
2. Quote & Agreement
Receive a detailed quote based on your needs.
Review and sign the commission agreement.
3. Creation & Approval
Work begins with regular updates sent to the client.
Adjustments are made according to any feedback
4. Delivery
Final model and rigging delivered in required format.
Minor revisions included within two weeks of delivery.

Lewd
Mecha (ask)

Turnaround time:Please safely expect 2-4 weeks for model-only and 4-8 weeks for model + rig.This does not include extra time required for extra outfits / hairstyles / other addons.Rush Commissions will require additional fees. (2-3 Weeks TAT for model+rig)This window will start when I begin your project.
1. Terms of Service
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request at my discretion. Submission of a commission request does not guarantee acceptance.
Commissioned model will follow the artist’s advertised style, with specific style requests considered if discussed in advance.
A non-refundable initial payment is required to begin the project.
■ Model files will be delivered only after the final payment has been received.The client will receive a Live2D model file (.moc3) ready for use in VTube Studio.
The Live2D work file (.cmo3) will NOT be provided.
Estimated completion time is 4-8 weeks.
2. Model Usage, Rights, and Policy
The client is granted commercial rights to the commissioned model. This includes but not limited to: using the model for monetized streams, content creation, advertisements, and merchandise.
Proper credit to the artist (@chiwarazem) is required when using the model.
The client receives partial copyright of the commissioned model. The client may NOT distribute, transfer or sell the model without permission.
■ If the client wishes to have the model modified, such as adding new outfits or features, they may request to the artist. Depending on the modification, additional fees may apply. If the client wishes the model to be modified by another artist or rigger, they must seek permission from the original artist (me) for the original work file. The artist have the right to accept or deny request for access to the original work file at their discretion.
■ If the client wishes to sell or transfer ownership of the model, they must notify the artist in advance. This allows the artist to keep track of ownership and ensure proper credits are maintained, including the contact details of the the new owner.The artist retains the right to showcase the model to their portfolio and social media. If the client requests that the commissioned model not be showcased until a specific date (e.g., before their debut), the artist can withhold showcasing WIPs, sketches, or progress updates on social media. If the client requests to have the model withheld from the artist’s portfolio and social media indefinitely, an additional fee will apply to account for lost exposure.
3. Payments
A non-refundable initial payment is required to begin the commission.
Two payment options are available:
1. 100% Upfront Payment
2. 50% Deposit, 50% Upon Completition
- Final files will be delivered only after the 100% of payment has been made.Accepted payment method are:
- Wise (Bank Transfer)
- Stripe (Card Payments)
4. Refund Policy
There are no refunds once the project has started.
Refunds may only be possible if:
■ The artist has NOT started the project already.
■ The artist is NOT able to complete the project.
